1. Where do you ship & do you offer free shipping?
- For digital files, we deliver worldwide via email.
- For physical products (including both unframed and framed posters), we currently ship to the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
👉 Shipping is free within the USA.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Each portrait is custom-made by our artists. Please allow:
- 1–3 business days for design & approval
- 4–8 business days for printing & shipping within the USA
- 7-14 business days for printing & shipping to the UK, Canada, and Australia
- You'll receive a tracking number once your item ships.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your portrait is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your delivery status.
4. Will I receive a preview before my order ships?
Absolutely. We send you a digital preview for your approval before printing. You can request unlimited revisions — we won’t print until you’re 100% happy.
5. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, but only if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to request a change.
6. What if my order is delayed?
Delays may occur due to high demand or external factors (such as weather, customs, etc.). We’ll always keep you informed and assist if any issue arises.
7. What if I don’t receive my package?
If your tracking shows the item as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
- Check with your household members or neighbors
- Wait an extra day (some couriers scan early)
- Contact us for support
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including resending your item if needed.
8. Do you ship digital portraits?
Yes! For digital-only orders, we email the high-resolution files directly to you. No physical shipping involved — perfect for last-minute gifts!
