🚚 Shipping & Delivery
1. Where do you ship & do you offer free shipping?
- For digital files, we deliver worldwide via email.
- For physical products (including both unframed and framed posters), we currently ship to the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.

2. How long does shipping take?
Once you approve your portrait, your order will be printed and shipped.Â
- 4–8 business days for printing & shipping within the USA
- 7-14 business days for printing & shipping to the UK, Canada, and Australia
 Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

3. Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

4. What changes can I make after receiving my proof?
After receiving your proof, we can make small changes to your portrait following your feedback. This includes changes to font, background colour, and minor changes to the artwork of your pet. If you are unhappy with your portrait and would like us to work from another photo, there is an additional $40 reworking fee to cover our time for redoing your portrait.

1. How do I place an order?
You simply upload your photo, choose the style, add personalization details, and place your order — we’ll take care of the rest.

2. Can I preview my portrait before it’s finalized?
Absolutely! We offer a preview for approval. You’ll receive a digital proof and can request edits before we print or deliver.

3. How long does it take to receive my proof?
Proofs are usually sent within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons, it might take slightly longer.

4. Can I make changes after placing an order?
Yes, you can. Just contact us as soon as possible with your request before we start production.

5. Do you offer unlimited revisions?
Yes — your satisfaction matters to us! We offer unlimited revisions during the proofing stage.

💳 Refunds, Cancellations & Revisions
1. What’s your refund policy?
As all our portraits are custom-made for each order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once artwork creation has started. We’re happy to offer unlimited revisions before final approval to ensure you’re completely satisfied. More details at Refund & Return Policy

2. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours. After that, we may have started working on your portrait.
An order cannot be canceled once it has been processed. We are unable to change the shipping address once it has been shipped. Orders canceled before they have been processed will receive a full refund in the form of store credit.

3. Do you offer store credit?
Yes. If preferred, we can offer store credit instead of a refund for future purchases.

4. What if my order arrives damaged or gets lost?
Please reach out immediately. We’ll either replace it for free or offer a refund.

1. What kind of photo should I upload?
Clear, well-lit photos with your pet or loved ones facing the camera work best. Natural light is preferred.

2. Can I upload multiple photos?
Yes — especially helpful for combined portraits (e.g., pets or people not in the same photo).

3. Can you help me choose the best photo?

1. Can you create portraits in different styles?
Yes! From minimalist to royal, we offer a variety of styles. Just let us know your preference.

2. Do you only create pet portraits?
No. We also create beautiful human portraits, including couples, families, and individual artworks.

3. Can I include text or names in the portrait?
Of course. We offer customization such as names, dates, or short phrases upon request.

4. Do you offer digital-only products?
Yes — perfect if you want to print it yourself or use it online.
